A highly skilled chef from Uruguay, Federico has built his culinary career on the foundation of his South American roots and a passion for open-fire cooking.
Federico’s dishes are a reflection of his Uruguayan heritage and his experiences, combining rustic techniques with refined presentation to create a memorable dining experience.
